About Our Facility

The Anheuser Busch InBev Pilot Brewery houses a state of the art brewing facility. The Pilot Brewery is 5000 square feet and supports undergraduate and graduate education, research, and industry development. The Pilot Brewery has access to steam,CO2, electrical, compressed air, deionized water, a refrigerated storage room, a mill room, a dry storage room, and a small laboratory space.

The Pilot Brewery is located in the Brewery Winery, and Food Pilot Facility at UC Davis. This building is the world's first LEED Platinum-certified facility in the brewing industry. LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design and has  become the hallmark of sustainability in the architecture and construction world.
