About Our Facility
Sierra Nevada Brewing and Food Science Laboratory has over 11,000 square feet of research space supporting our malt quality analysis service, graduate research, academic research, and industry R&D. The laboratory has the latest instruments for analysis of grains, malt and beer. The combined strength of our research team and the latest technology in the laboratory are critical in delivering relevant outcomes for industry.
