Taylor Holland-Fiske, B.S.

As a member of the UC Davis Class of 2020, Taylor spent two years as an undergraduate assistant, starting in the Bamforth Lab, continuing through the transition to the Fox Lab. During her time at Davis, she became the 2019 Lagunitas Brewing Science Award recipient and later completed an internship in the Quality Assurance Department  of Lagunitas Brewing Company in Petaluma California.  After completing her degree, she took a position at Berkeley Brewing Science in Oakland, where she is currently the Assistant Brewer working on yeast propagation and test brewing with new yeast strains.
